Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to any work carried out by Overflow Plumbing & Drainage Ltd (Company No. 12427151), 129 Hillberry, Bracknell, RG12 7ZY. By instructing us to carry out work you accept these terms.

All quotes are provided in writing following a site visit or detailed discussion. Quotes are valid for 30 days and assume conditions as described at the time of quoting. Any additional work uncovered (e.g. hidden defects) will be raised, costed and approved in writing before it is carried out.

For unquoted emergency callouts, our hourly rate plus parts applies — confirmed verbally before work begins.

Same-day service applies when you call before midday on a working day. If we cannot reach you the same day for a booked job, your callout fee is waived. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice for a booked job may incur a callout fee.

You agree to give us safe access to the property and to the area we'll be working in. We reserve the right to stop work and leave the site if conditions are unsafe; reasonable callout charges apply.

For domestic jobs, payment in full is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger installations, a staged-payment schedule will be agreed before work starts. Late payments accrue interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion against defects caused by our work. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations, or fair wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to supplied goods.

Where we supply materials, title passes to you on full payment. We will pass on any manufacturer warranties relating to those goods. Where you supply your own materials, we are not responsible for defects in those materials, only for the workmanship in fitting them.

We carry full Public Liability and Employers' Liability insurance and will provide certificates on request. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single job is limited to the value of that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
